About the show
We have questions.
Who Put Normal In Charge is an independent podcast with Brad and Shiv.
Who decided this was normal? The way we work. The things we build. The rules we follow without remembering why.
We're Brad and Shiv. We want to have the kind of conversations that leave you with something to think about on the way home. Sometimes that means technology. Sometimes culture, ambition, a local story, or a question neither of us can leave alone.
We have opinions. We also want to hear a perspective we haven't considered. Agreement isn't a requirement. Curiosity is.
The show starts in Tampa Bay. The questions can go anywhere.
The people behind the microphones.
